Scania fault code 4189
Code 4189 is used by 2 different Scania systems. Choose the control unit shown in your diagnostic tool:

Refrigerant compressor E157, internal fault
The refrigeration compressor reports VCB voltage is too low (below 450 V). The fault code may expire by itself, the refrigeration compressor updates the status every 10 seconds.
