Code 3091 is used by 2 different Scania systems. Choose the control unit shown in your diagnostic tool:
TMS Transmission Management System
EG power take-off, top-mounted, cannot be disengaged
The EG power take-off sleeve position sensor has not detected any movement from the engaged position to the disengaged position despite attempts to activate disengagement.
